What is Find It?

Find It! Is a paid web research and information gathering service that does research on the internet for you at an hourly rate.

What can Find It! Do for me?

Right about anything related to web research. From gathering facts or resources for school assignments to comparing prices for accommodation in Cape town, to comparing prices and reviews on computer hardware, to finding the cheapest tickets to Italy, to doing research on specific topics.
All new projects is reviewed after submission by the Find It! team, and are then approved or rejected, depending on the nature of the task. You can only be limited by your imagination, and in most cases your tasks will be accepted.

What does Find It! not do?

It does not do extensive and intensive research more than five hours. We might increase this limitation in the near future, but it makes it difficult to deliver at the speed at which we do if we accept projects exceeding five hours.

Who would use Find It?

Find It! offers a time-saving service – which means that any person who would pay a fee to have their web research done for them, whether out of preference or necessity, would benefit from this service. It is hosted under The Modern Student, which is a student resource and informational site, but that does not mean we only cater for students.

How does it work?

Find It! is designed to be very simple and no-hassle. It works really fast, and there is a 3 minute learning curve to using it.

  1. You create an account, providing your email address and a password. (about 2 minutes)
  2. Once you log in, you create a new ‘project’, which is a research task that you would like to be done.
  3. You provide the project name and description, and choose the amount of hours that you want to be allocated to the task.
  4. Your submission is promptly reviewed, and you will receive an email notification upon acceptance.
  5. You login and click on a ‘pay now’ button to pay for the project via credit card.
  6. As soon as your task is completed, it is emailed to in the format that you specified as an attachment.

It’s that simple!

How does payment work?

The hourly rate for our service is $12 dollars per hour.
When a project is approved after you submitted it, you receive an email notification. You then log in and click on the pay button under the appropriate project. You are redirected to the payment gateway to complete the payment via credit card. We accept Mastercard and Visa.


Please note: The price will be converted to South African Rand via the payment gateway, although you can pay from anywhere in the world in US dollars via credit card.  We accept Mastercard and Visa.
